Participants may transfer enrollment to an alternate session date upon request, subject to availability. If a session is marked as non-refundable, that designation applies due to advanced resource planning and instructor commitments.
6.2. Digital Content and Info Products
Access to digital downloads and on-demand video material is granted immediately. Such products are non-refundable once access has been provided, as they are delivered instantly and cannot be retracted.
6.3. Physical Merchandise
Physical items may be swapped or refunded within 30 days of delivery if sent back in original condition. To initiate a swap or refund, contact our support team via contact form. Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to sending items back, while we cover standard shipping costs for approved refunds processed to the original method of payment.
